I was very honoured last night to receive the Curry’s Award for “Kung Fu Doodle” (an 8×8″ archival pigment print framed to 17×21″, edition 1 of 10), at the OSA‘s 143rd Annual Open Juried Exhibition, “Suspension & Motion”, at the John B. Aird gallery at 900 Bay Street Toronto. The exhibition will be open from April 5 to 29 and features 38 superb works of art from some of Ontario’s top artists.
This levity-filled piece, “Kung Fu Doodle” (an 8×8″ archival pigment print framed to 17×21″, edition 1 of 10), was delivered to the John B. Aird gallery in Toronto for the Ontario Society of Artists‘ “Suspension & Motion” 143rd Annual Open Juried Exhibition, which will run from April 5 to 29. Everyone is invited to come meet the artists and the artwork at the opening reception on Thursday, April 7th, from 6 – 8pm at the gallery at 900 Bay Street on the ground level.
