I am very honoured to have received the Juror’s Choice Second Place award at the OAG Fall harvest of Colour Show for my photograph, “Island Lake Bridge, Study 1” made at the Island Lake Conservation Area in Orangeville, Ontario. It was a pleasure to see the great art for sale at the show and speak to the visitors at the reception.
I was truly honoured to be the recipient of the Award for Best Work by an Emerging Artist at the Ontario Society of Artists (OSA) Members’ Exhibition of Selected Works yesterday at the Papermill Gallery at Todmorden Mills, Toronto. The piece selected for the show is “Cheltenham Badlands, Study 1”, which, I am pleased to say, was sold at the opening reception. It was a pleasure to meet and learn about many of the other artists at the show and view their amazing artworks.
My deepest thanks to John Ashbourne, member of the OSA, for sponsoring me in to the show.
